How much does grocery delivery cost in Nairobi?
Your groceries cost the shelf price, with no markup. On top of that there's a service fee, agreed before we shop and paid on delivery.
Can you shop at my usual supermarket or mama mboga?
Yes. Tell us where you usually shop, and we'll shop there. That includes supermarkets, markets and your mama mboga.
What if something on my list is out of stock?
We send photos of the alternatives, and you pick one or skip it. If we can't buy it, we refund you by M-Pesa within 24 hours. We never swap an item without your OK.
Can I send a handwritten shopping list?
Yes. Snap a photo of it and send it on WhatsApp. A typed list or a voice note works too.
Do you deliver groceries across Nairobi?
Yes, we shop and deliver in every estate in Nairobi. If you're out of town, we can shop here and arrange delivery to you.
