How payment works.

Every order has two M-Pesa payments, both to 0768 322 224. You pay for the items up front, and our service fee when your order is delivered.

    You see the exact item on the shelf before we pay for it.

    No purchase and no swaps until you say yes on WhatsApp.

  4. Shelf price, no markup

    Your items cost exactly what the shop charges.

  5. Receipts, every time

    A photo of the shop receipt for everything we buy, so every shilling is accounted for.

  6. A refund if we can't buy it

    If an item can't be bought, we refund you by M-Pesa within 24 hours.

Paying safely

Agree your list and our fee in the WhatsApp chat before you send any money. Keep the M-Pesa confirmation message for your records.

We only take payment on 0768 322 224. If anyone asks you to pay a different number for a Tuma Sisi order, check with us first.

Never share your M-Pesa PIN. Nobody needs it to receive a payment.

Yes. You get a photo of the shop receipt for everything we buy.

What if you can't buy something I've paid for?

We refund you by M-Pesa within 24 hours. If it's out of stock, we first send photos of alternatives, so you can pick one or skip it.

Can I return an item?

No, we don't do product returns. You approve every item from photos before we buy it. See our terms.
