Supermarket delivery compared
Naivas, Carrefour and Quickmart all sell groceries online with home delivery. They differ on speed, on fees and on the order size that makes delivery free.

Naivas delivery
Naivas sells online through its website and the Naivas app. You choose between 60-minute delivery, 90-minute delivery or a scheduled slot.[1]
In an Instagram post on 14 April 2026, Naivas said app orders of KSh 2,000 and above are delivered at no extra cost.[5] On a smaller order, check the delivery fee in the app before you pay.
Carrefour delivery
Carrefour's help centre lists two delivery fees. A Carrefour NOW order costs KSh 149 to deliver.[2]
A scheduled order under KSh 4,000 costs KSh 99 to 129. Free delivery applies to qualifying shipments, subject to Carrefour's terms.[2]
The exact fee depends on the shipment type you choose at checkout.[2] Shopping in person instead? There's a Carrefour Market inside Village Market in Gigiri.[6]
Quickmart delivery
Quickmart offers same-day delivery in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and 16 more towns.[3]
Its terms say any delivery fee is shown at checkout. You pick a time slot, and Quickmart makes reasonable efforts to deliver within it.[4]
Be home for that slot. A missed delivery may be rescheduled or cancelled, and a redelivery may cost extra.[4]

Schedule it if it can wait
At Carrefour, a NOW order costs KSh 149 to deliver. A scheduled order under KSh 4,000 costs KSh 99–129.[2]
Make one bigger order
One order that clears the line beats three small ones that each pay a fee.
Be home for your slot
At Quickmart, a missed delivery can be rescheduled or cancelled, and a redelivery may cost extra.[4]
Collect it yourself
Quickmart offers self-pickup. Collect within the time frame it gives you.[4]
When one app isn't enough
A supermarket app delivers from that supermarket. If your whole list is in one store and clears its free-delivery line, its app is usually the cheapest route.
Plenty of lists don't work that way. The unga comes from Naivas, the tomatoes from the market and the sukuma from your mama mboga.
