Refunds in 24 hours
If an item can't be bought, we refund you for it by M-Pesa within 24 hours.
No product returns
We don't do product returns. You approve every item from photos before we buy it, so check the photos closely.
Store issues
We pick up and deliver. We aren't liable for store-related issues, such as an item's quality, faults, warranty or the store's own policies.
Take these up with the store. The receipt photo we send shows where and when the item was bought.
Lost or damaged in transit
We aren't liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Your details
We keep your name, address and phone number for 30 days, then delete them. Read our privacy note.
